Privacy Policy
Effective: September 3, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how OpsRev, LLC (“OpsRev,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information about you when you visit our website at www.opsrev.ai, use our products and services, or otherwise interact with us (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.
Information We Collect
Information you provide to us
When you contact us, request a demo, sign up for our Services, or communicate with us through our website chat, you may provide information such as your name, email address, company name, phone number, and the contents of your messages. We use a customer relationship management provider to store and manage this information.
Information we receive from Google when you sign in
We offer the ability to sign in to our Services using your Google account (“Sign in with Google”). When you choose to do so, Google shares a limited set of profile information with us: your name, email address, and profile picture. We use this information solely to create and authenticate your account, identify you within the Services, and communicate with you about your account. Signing in itself requests only the basic profile information described above. It does not request access to your Gmail, Google Calendar, or Google Drive. Access to other Google data is always requested separately and only if you choose to connect it: your Google Analytics data, as described below, or a Google Workspace account, as described in the next section.
Information we receive when you connect a Google Workspace account
Our Company Agents product lets a company connect tools its agents may use on the company’s behalf. Connecting a Google Workspace account is optional, is never required to use the Services, and is always initiated by you from the Connections page in your OpsRev workspace.
If you connect your Google Workspace account, you authorize us, through Google’s APIs and on your behalf, to access the following on a read-only basis:
- Gmail (
gmail.readonly). Search and read messages in your mailbox so an agent can answer a question you ask it. We never send, draft, delete, or modify mail. - Google Calendar (
calendar.readonly). List events so an agent can use your schedule as context for work you ask it to do. We never create, edit, or delete events. - Google Drive (
drive.readonly). Search and read files so an agent can use a document you ask about. We never create, edit, delete, or share files. - Email address (
userinfo.email). Identify which Google account you connected, so it can be shown to you and disconnected later.
A connection belongs to the person who made it. Each member of your company connects their own Google account, and an agent may use that connection only for requests made by that same person. Another member of your company cannot use your connection to reach your mail, calendar, or files. By default, a personal connection can only be used in a private conversation between you and the agent; an administrator at your company may additionally allow its use in shared conversations, in which case results may be visible to the other people in that conversation. A company administrator may also connect a separate, clearly labeled team account and choose which members may use it.
How this data is accessed, used, and stored. We retrieve Google Workspace data only at the moment you ask an agent for something that needs it, and only the items responsive to that request. We do not copy, sync, index, or bulk-download your mailbox, calendar, or Drive. Retrieved content is used to carry out that request and appears in that conversation, which is retained as part of your workspace’s conversation history until you or your administrator delete it. We keep a record of each connector request — who made it, which account and operation were used, and whether it was permitted — for security and audit purposes; that record does not contain the content of your messages, events, or files. Your Google credentials are held as encrypted authorization tokens in our connector service; we never store your Google password, and the tokens are not placed in the agent’s runtime environment.
AI processing. Content retrieved from your Google Workspace account is sent to the third-party AI model providers we use to operate our agents, solely to produce the response to your request. We do not use your Google Workspace data to develop, improve, or train generalized or non-personalized AI or machine learning models, and our AI providers are contractually bound not to use it to train their models. Human beings at OpsRev do not read your Google Workspace data, except where you explicitly ask us to look at a specific problem, where it is necessary to investigate a security incident or abuse, or where we are required by law.
Disconnecting. You can disconnect a Google Workspace account at any time from the Connections page in your OpsRev workspace, or through your Google account’s third-party access settings. Disconnecting deletes the stored authorization tokens and immediately ends our ability to reach that account. We also revoke every connection for a company when its OpsRev subscription ends.
Information we receive when you connect Google Analytics
If you choose to connect your Google Analytics account to our Services, you authorize us, through Google’s APIs and on your behalf, to access your Google Analytics data on a read-only basis — such as audience, traffic, engagement, and conversion metrics for the Google Analytics properties you connect. We use this read-only access solely to power the features you connect it for: surfacing analytics insights and performing the operational and revenue workflows our AI agents carry out on your behalf. We do not modify your Google Analytics configuration or data, and you can disconnect this access at any time as described in the Google User Data section below.
Information we collect automatically
When you use our website, we and our hosting and infrastructure providers may automatically collect certain technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, and the dates and times of your visits. Your browser’s local storage is also used to remember preferences such as your light/dark theme selection.
How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Services;
- Create and authenticate your account and keep it secure;
- Respond to your inquiries, demo requests, and support requests;
- Send you administrative and service-related communications;
- Monitor and analyze usage and trends to improve your experience; and
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
Google User Data
OpsRev’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Specifically:
- We request only the access needed to provide the features you use: basic profile information (name, email address, and profile picture) for Sign in with Google; read-only access to your Google Analytics data if you connect Google Analytics; and read-only access to Gmail, Google Calendar, and Google Drive if you connect a Google Workspace account to an OpsRev agent.
- We use Google user data only to provide and improve the user-facing features that are prominent in our Services — namely account creation and authentication; where you connect Google Analytics, surfacing analytics insights; and where you connect a Google Workspace account, answering the requests you make to your agent and performing the operational and revenue workflows you direct.
- We do not sell Google user data, and we do not use it for advertising.
- We do not transfer Google user data to third parties except as necessary to provide or improve the Services — including the AI model providers that generate your agent’s responses, who are contractually prohibited from using it to train their models — or to comply with applicable law. If we are ever involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, we will transfer Google user data only after obtaining your explicit prior consent; the general business-transfer provision below does not apply to Google user data.
- We do not use Google user data to develop, improve, or train generalized or non-personalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
- Humans do not read your Google user data, except where you explicitly ask us to look at a specific problem, where it is necessary for security or abuse investigations, or where required by law.
- We retain Google user data only as long as needed for the purposes above, and we delete stored authorization tokens as soon as you disconnect.
You can review and revoke OpsRev’s access to your Google account at any time through your Google account’s third-party access settings.
How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following circumstances:
- Service providers. We share information with vendors who perform services on our behalf — for example, our website hosting and infrastructure provider, our customer relationship management provider, our team-messaging provider, and Google for authentication. These providers are permitted to use the information only to perform services for us.
- AI model providers. To generate your agent’s responses, we send the content of your requests — including any data retrieved from tools you have connected, such as a Google Workspace account — to the third-party AI model providers we use. They may process that content only to return a response to us, and are contractually prohibited from using it to train their models.
- Legal and safety reasons. We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of OpsRev, our users, or the public.
- Business transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. Google user data is excluded from this provision and is transferred only with your explicit prior consent, as described in the Google User Data section above.
Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.
For connected tools such as a Google Workspace account, we hold encrypted authorization tokens only while the connection is active and delete them when you disconnect or when your subscription ends. Content retrieved from a connected tool is retained as part of the conversation in which you asked for it, and is deleted when that conversation or your workspace is deleted. Connector audit records, which identify who used which connection for which operation but contain no message, event, or file content, are retained for up to twelve months for security purposes.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your Rights and Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at hello@opsrev.ai. You may also revoke our access to your Google account at any time as described in the Google User Data section above.
Children’s Privacy
The Services are intended for businesses and individuals who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.
International Users
We are based in the United States, and the information we collect is processed and stored in the United States. If you access the Services from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective” date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated through the Services or by other appropriate means. Your continued use of the Services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
