Information you provide to us

When you contact us, request a demo, sign up for our Services, or communicate with us through our website chat, you may provide information such as your name, email address, company name, phone number, and the contents of your messages. We use a customer relationship management provider to store and manage this information.

Information we receive from Google when you sign in

We offer the ability to sign in to our Services using your Google account (“Sign in with Google”). When you choose to do so, Google shares a limited set of profile information with us: your name, email address, and profile picture. We use this information solely to create and authenticate your account, identify you within the Services, and communicate with you about your account. We do not request access to your Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, or other sensitive Google data.

Information we collect automatically

When you use our website, we and our hosting and infrastructure providers may automatically collect certain technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, and the dates and times of your visits. Your browser’s local storage is also used to remember preferences such as your light/dark theme selection.

Google User Data

• We only request access to the basic profile information (name, email address, and profile picture) needed to provide the sign-in feature.
• We use Google user data only to provide and improve the user-facing features that are prominent in our Services — namely account creation and authentication.
• We do not sell Google user data, and we do not use it for advertising.
• We do not transfer Google user data to third parties except as necessary to provide or improve the Services, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets with appropriate notice.
• We do not use Google user data to train generalized or non-personalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.

You can review and revoke OpsRev’s access to your Google account at any time through your Google account’s third-party access settings.

How We Share Information

We share information with vendors who perform services on our behalf — for example, our website hosting and infrastructure provider, our customer relationship management provider, our team-messaging provider, and Google for authentication.
